Early bookings recomended to guarantee our staff's availability. Checks are only accepted 3 weeks in advance of your party date. All balances are due in cash only.
All buffet orders should be placed at least 7 days in advance . During the holiday season and the springtime, 14 days in advance . Deposits are charged for all equipment loaned to you and will be returned when equipment is returned to us. We recommmend you have extra paper and plastic ware for your party even though we supply you with approximately 20% extra with your buffet packages. Appetizers, cakes, sandwiches, platters, etc. are supplied without paper goods. Please ask us how many tables you will need for your food to be arranged .
